1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

5 Prohibited Conduct

6 Games & Fairness

Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment monitored by independent auditors.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

gcash66 processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• PayMaya / Maya — minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawal processing times may vary.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any gcash66 software or game code.
• Use the gcash66 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gcash66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

gcash66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gcash66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

gcash66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering on gcash66, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gcash66 is required by Philippine law — including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act — to collect and retain certain personal and financial information. This information may be disclosed to the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, PAGCOR, or other competent Philippine authorities upon lawful request.

13 Amendments

gcash66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the gcash66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting gcash66 support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
